About The Role:

We are looking for a C ontrolling Senior Team Lead to own and drive financial reporting, forecasting, and controlling excellence across Emma’s EU organization. You will be responsible for the end-to-end month-end closing process and the quality of financial insights that empower senior leadership and business stakeholders to make confident, data-driven decisions.

  • Lead and own the month-end closing process, preparing and presenting monthly financial reports to top management, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with IFRS standards.

  • Drive financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting across the central organization, evaluating how business decisions impact financial performance and guiding strategic choices.

  • Deliver insightful analyses on sales, costs, profitability, and efficiency, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement to challenge and support business stakeholders.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • You bring 7+ years of relevant experience in Controlling, FP&A, or Finance Business Partnering, ideally gained in Ecommerce, Retail, FMCG or environments dealing with physical products.

  • You have proven ownership of P&L reporting, cost control, and end-to-end forecasting and budgeting processes in a complex, multi-entity environment.

  • You have prior experience managing a team and are comfortable guiding controllers at different levels of seniority across multiple locations.

  • You communicate with clarity and empathy, know how to challenge stakeholders constructively, and thrive in fast-paced environments where priorities shift.

  • Power Intelligent Agents: Build the real-time data foundations that power Cedar’s AI-driven products, ensuring agents, like Kora, have the context, entity graphs, and metrics they need to act autonomously in revenue cycle workflows and transform the patient experience.
  • Design for the Future: Design data models for new product lines that expand Cedar’s presence across the full revenue cycle from pre-service through post-service collections.

  • Modern Stack Mastery: Deep, hands-on proficiency with a wide range of data and engineering technologies and patterns such as Snowflake, dbt, Liquibase, Fivetran, Airflow, OpenMetadata, Kafka, SQL, Python, Kafka, streaming/event driven architectures, CDC (Change Data Capture), and real-time data processing. Job Description

The Head of Technology Risk is responsible for establishing and governing TAL’s Technology Risk Management framework, providing independent oversight of the risks arising from the organisation’s technology landscape, digital transformation programs, and data assets. This role ensures that TAL’s technology risk profile is clearly understood, actively managed, and reported within the Board’s approved risk appetite, and that TAL meets its obligations under APRA CPS 230, CPS 234, and CPS 220.

This is a critical first-line-of-defence leadership role within the Technology function, working in close partnership with the CIO, the broader Technology Leadership Team, Enterprise Risk, and the CISO to embed a strong risk management culture across all technology domains. The Head of Technology Risk is accountable for ensuring that technology risk is identified, assessed, and governed with rigour and transparency, and for providing the CIO and Board with the assurance needed to make confident, risk-informed decisions about TAL’s technology investment and operations.

In this role you will:

  • Own and continuously enhance TAL’s Technology Risk Management framework, ensuring alignment with Enterprise Risk Management and APRA standards across all risk domains (e.g. cyber, cloud, data, AI, change).
  • Lead end-to-end identification, assessment, and monitoring of technology risks, maintaining the Technology Risk Register and escalating material risks to the CIO and relevant committees.
  • Provide independent oversight of compliance with key APRA standards (CPS 230, CPS 234, CPS 220), including control effectiveness, remediation tracking, and regulatory engagement support.
  • Deliver executive-level technology risk reporting, highlighting risk profile, key trends, control performance, and remediation progress against risk appetite.
  • Lead Technology Operational Resilience, including critical operations, tolerance setting, and business continuity/disaster recovery governance and testing.
  • Oversee risk assessment for major technology initiatives (e.g. cloud, AI, transformation), ensuring risks are identified early and managed within appetite before execution.
  • Drive risk appetite, assurance, and culture across Technology, including KRIs, audit remediation, cross-functional alignment (Risk, Compliance, Legal, CISO), psychosocial risk management, and leadership of the Technology Risk team (including FAR obligations).

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a combination of technology risk, operational risk, IT audit, or technology governance, with at least three years in a Senior Manager or above role leading technology risk management functions within a highly regulated sector such as financial services, insurance, or banking.
  • Deep knowledge and practical experience of APRA prudential standards applicable to technology and operational risk, specifically CPS 230 (Operational Risk Management), CPS 234 (Information Security), and CPS 220 (Risk Management), and their application within a life insurance or financial services context.
  • Strong understanding of technology risk domains including infrastructure risk, cloud risk, application risk, data risk, cyber risk, AI risk, and technology change risk — and the ability to assess and govern each within a structured risk management framework.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and operating technology risk frameworks, including risk appetite and tolerance frameworks, key risk indicator (KRI) programs, control self-assessment processes, and technology risk registers within a regulated financial services environment.
  • Strong knowledge of industry risk frameworks and standards including NIST CSF, ISO 31000, COBIT, and ITIL, with the ability to apply these pragmatically in a technology organisation undergoing digital transformation and cloud adoption.
  • Industry-recognised professional certifications such as CRISC, CISM, CGEIT, or CISSP are highly regarded.

We’re looking for a Senior Staff Software Engineer to join our Core Experience organization, supporting both backend and frontend engineering across our Warsaw and Redwood City sites. This is a high-impact, hands-on senior individual contributor role for someone who wants to design complex systems and see them through to production in a customer-facing domain.

You will help shape the technical direction of a large-scale, customer-facing platform - breaking out of our monolith, modernizing our backend and frontend architectures, and leading the organization toward strong continuous integration and DevOps practices. You Will Be

  • Developing cohesive, multi-channel media plans and go-to-market strategies. Translating client KPIs into budget allocations across Social, YouTube, and Programmatic (Display, Video, CTV, DOOH).

We’re looking for a Staff HR Business Partner to build and own the people strategy for Snorkel’s Data as a Service (DaaS) organization. The DaaS org is a delivery-first team that has more than tripled in size over the last six months, with no signs of slowing. They deliver high-quality data operations and AI deployment outcomes for frontier labs and AI teams.

This org has a unique composition: forward deployed engineers, technical and operations delivery managers, a supply team managing a workforce comprised of multiple worker types at scale, and others. The people challenges here require an HRBP who has seen this kind of complexity before, such as workforce planning across FTEs and contractors, building a high performance culture rooted in delivery outcomes, and keeping a geographically dispersed, operationally complex team connected to Snorkel’s culture.

You’ll partner directly with our DaaS GM and leadership team, and you’ll need to be as comfortable in the operational weeds as you are in strategic conversations. The Huntress Adversary Tactics team has the unique honor of waking up every morning knowing we’re going to make hackers regret targeting our partners and customers. Competitive candidates have experience leading a team of researchers across the threat intelligence cycle. Threat Intelligence Analysts aggregate threat data from the previous month and build out reports for our customers. These reports may also be used for marketing and help illustrate the value of what Huntress provides to customers and the community. Threat Intelligence Analysts are also responsible for writing blog posts and marketing materials regarding emerging threat trends. They also work closely with Security Researchers and Analysts to obtain more context about threat data.

Role Profile

We have an exciting vacancy for a Scientific Director for established medical affairs accounts, working across several respiratory areas including COPD, severe asthma and refractory chronic cough. With key therapy area knowledge including respiratory diseases, your experience writing, developing and reviewing related content within a Healthcare/Medical Communications setting will be a critical success factor.

You will be the strategic account lead within existing teams and will use your medical communications expertise to work closely with colleagues and clients as a trusted advisor. You will enjoy client interactions and partnering with clients to understand their strategic goals and priorities, translating this into direction for the internal team. You will be responsible for line management, mentorship and reviewing work of junior team members to ensure the highest standards are met throughout, with a passion for developing people. You’ll be responsible for ensuring alignment of strategy and content across different parts of the respiratory franchise and excel at juggling multiple priorities and workstreams.

In our Scientific Directors, we are looking for leaders – people who are passionate about communicating highly scientific content in an accessible medical educational setting. You will partner closely with our pharmaceutical clients to provide scientific and strategic input, as well as ensuring the scientific accuracy and highest quality of deliverables. Come join a cross-functional team dedicated to protecting clients and the firm by ensuring trades are supervised, fairly executed, and accurately reported.  You will own the end-to-end best execution and trade surveillance program for the broker-dealer, helping the business meet regulatory expectations while supporting scalable growth.  You will work closely with Trading Desk, Operations, Compliance, Technology, and Finance to design controls, analyze execution quality, and resolve complex trading issues.  Your work will turn trading data, venue analytics, and surveillance outputs into clear actions, reports, and process improvements that directly influence senior management decisions.

What You’ll Do:

  • Program Ownership: Lead the best execution program while continuously improving the firm’s trade surveillance and best execution frameworks, policies, and procedures including venue analysis, routing reviews, and regular execution quality assessments and reports under FINRA Rule 5310.
  • Trade Management Operations: Manage trade management operations across the trade lifecycle (capture, allocation, corrections, breaks), ensuring accurate and timely processing and recordkeeping.
  • Technology & Systems: Leveraging automated surveillance systems, data analytics, and emerging technologies to monitor and analyze trading activity more effectively. This would include tuning alert logic, managing surveillance platforms, and working closely with engineering.
  • Regulatory Interface: Own trade-and execution-related regulatory reporting (e.g., CAT/CAIS, FINRA trade reporting facilities, and, where applicable, Rules 605⁄606 disclosures).
  • Team Leadership: Coordinating across compliance, legal, and trading desks and reporting to senior management and regulators, while managing a Market Structure and Order Routing Specialist.
  • Policy & Procedure: Ensuring the firm’s written supervisory procedures (WSPs) reflect current regulatory expectations and actual practice. Maintain and enhance written supervisory procedures, management reports, and committee materials that document reviews, decisions, and remediation.
  • Projects: Partner on projects and system changes involving OMS/EMS, surveillance platforms, and data feeds, including testing, calibration, and control design.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

  • FINRA Series 4,7,24, and 63 (or equivalents).

  • 7-10 years of experience in broker-dealer trade surveillance, best execution, trading operations, or trade compliance.

  • Strong working knowledge of FINRA Rules 5310 and 3110, SEC execution and reporting rules, and broker-dealer supervisory frameworks.

  • Experience with trade surveillance and reporting platforms and OMS/EMS systems, plus strong data skills using tools such as Tableau and SQL or similar analytics.

  • Experience with managing relationships with market managers and counterparties

  • Ability to interpret complex trading and venue data, communicate findings clearly in writing and verbally, and influence stakeholders across trading, operations, risk, legal, and compliance.

  • High integrity, attention to detail, and a control mindset, with comfort working in a fast-paced, regulated trading environment and managing competing priorities.

Salary Range: $170,000 - $190,000

The actual salary offered will be based on the candidate’s level of experience and qualifications

Job Description

We have an opening for an Associate Program Leader (APL) for Supply Chain Security. You will have responsibility for leading the growth, development and execution of a portfolio of work focused on understanding and mitigating national security risks related to disruption of supply chains. Potential disruptions may stem from cyber threats. Additionally, concerns about companies like Huawei and their presence in 5G communication infrastructure serves as an example. Others include more broad gray zone-type threats like China’s dominance of the supply of rare earth minerals. You will be a key member of the Cyber and Infrastructure Resilience Program management team and will be expected to contribute broadly to the leadership and strategic objectives of the program. This position will be in the Cyber and Infrastructure Resilience (CIR) Program within the Global Security Principal Directorate’s Energy and Homeland Security (E) Program.

This position is within the Global Security Principal Directorate’s Energy and Homeland Security (E) Program and will programmatically report to the Program Leader for Critical Infrastructure Resilience. This is a jointly funded position through Global Security and direct programmatic work.

This position may offer a hybrid schedule, which includes the flexibility to work from home one or more days per week, after a probationary period. The specifics of the hybrid schedule, including the exact number of days required in the office and virtual work options, may vary based on the needs of the team and the organization.

In this role, you will

  • Develop and drive new Supply Chain Security program growth opportunities through interactions with current and potential sponsors and the development of research proposals. Utilize technical expertise to attract and retain projects, programs and funding.
  • Provide direction and technical leadership to the portfolio to ensure excellence in execution of technical work in the program. Maintain and ensure quality standards for deliverables, publications and presentations. Manage the portfolio to achieve established goals and objectives within schedule and budget constraints. Provide solutions to complex problems and establish objectives.
  • Develop an integrated strategy for the Supply Chain Security portfolio that leverages the strengths of the Laboratory and is consistent with the broader goals of the Cyber and Infrastructure Resilience (CIR) and E Programs. Actively participate in strategic planning for the CIR Program.
  • Attract, retain, and develop high quality staff to support the portfolio of projects in collaboration with counterparts, management and matrix organizations.
  • Increase the visibility and impact of LLNL by leveraging existing technology, programs, resources and partnerships to develop new capabilities, new applications or discoveries, resulting in new opportunities.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance engagement with current and potential sponsors, industrial and academic partners, technology leaders, and other stakeholders. Enhance the visibility of LLNL work through engagement in appropriate venues and promote LLNL skills, expertise and technologies.
  • Work closely with the CIR Program Leader to ensure coordination across the program. Interface with organization both within LLNL and at other national laboratories and partners, representing LLNL at meetings that require coordination for projects within the CIR Program.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Additional job responsibilities at the SEL.5 level

  • Influence strategic technical decisions made by senior management and external customers. Champion new programs and cultivate relationships with U.S. Government sponsor leadership.
  • Serve as an organization spokesperson to LLNL management and/or external advisor to sponsors and serve on external scientific or technical committees.
  • Lead and develop advancements in cutting-edge principles, theories, concepts, and technologies.

Qualifications

  • Ability to secure and maintain a U.S. DOE Q-level security clearance which requires U.S. citizenship.
  • Master’s degree in engineering, physical science or social science, or a related field, or the equivalent combination of education and significant related experience.
  • Significant experience leading the application and development of principles, theories and concepts in a creative and innovative fashion in one or more of the following areas: infrastructure resilience, cybersecurity, modeling and simulation, systems analysis, data analytics and optimization.
  • Significant experience successfully growing programs through proposal writing and sponsor engagement.
  • Significant experience managing and leading a multidisciplinary team, motivating and collaborating with other personnel in achieving project objectives.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with other laboratories and outside organizations.
  • Ability to develop and articulate strategic direction and value propositions.
  • Expert communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills necessary to effectively present, explain, and advise senior management and/or external sponsors regarding technical information and progress within the program.
  • Ability to travel for sponsor and customer interaction.

Additional qualifications at the SEL.5 Level

  • Extensive experience and demonstrated expertise to consistently develop and/or produce cutting-edge technical products and/or principles.
  • Extensive experience growing and leading programs with a focus on critical infrastructure systems and system resilience.
  • Extensive experience managing and leading R&D project portfolios, nurturing innovative program and technology developments and the ability to plan the integration and implementation of new programs and/or operational best practices.

Qualifications We Desire

  • Active SCI clearance and experience interacting with the Intelligence Community.
  • Experience working with the Department of Defense, the Department of Energy’s Office of Cybersecurity, Energy Security and Emergency Response, and/or the Department of Homeland Security’s Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency.

Pay Range

$227,430 - $346,140  Annually

$227,430 - $288,396  Annually for the SEL.4 level

$272,970 - $346,140  Annually for the SEL.5 level

This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting; pay will not be below any applicable local minimum wage.  An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
