Product Product Manager I at Extend

Owns AI product strategy and cross-functional delivery, prioritizing connector integrations and executive-sponsored AI automation projects across the business.

Junior Posted 14 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About Extend:

Extend is revolutionizing the post-purchase experience for retailers and their customers by providing merchants with AI-driven solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth. Our comprehensive platform offers automated customer service handling, seamless returns/exchange management, end-to-end automated fulfillment, and product protection and shipping protection alongside Extend’s best-in-class fraud detection. By integrating leading-edge technology with exceptional customer service, Extend empowers businesses to build trust and loyalty among consumers while reducing costs and increasing profits.

Today, Extend works with more than 1,000 leading merchant partners across industries, including fashion/apparel, cosmetics, furniture, jewelry, consumer electronics, auto parts, sports and fitness, and much more. Extend is backed by some of the most prominent technology investors in the industry, and our headquarters is in downtown San Francisco.

About the Role:

Extend is invested in AI across the entire company, and the program is moving from foundation-laying to scale. We have an AI Integrations engineering team in place, a growing library of MCP connectors to the systems we run on, a shared agent skill library every team composes from, and a slate of exec-sponsored AI builds in flight across Revenue, Accounting, Operations, and GTM. We are looking for a cross-functional leader that wraps all of this.

As a Product Manager you will own the business intake, the prioritization, and the cross-functional program management that turn “we should automate this” into shipped, adopted systems. The role spans two surfaces — the AI Integrations connector backlog and Sponsored AI Builds, the exec-prioritized cross-functional projects where the team delivers workflows that change how parts of the business operate day to day. You’ll partner directly with the AI Integrations Engineering Manager and inherit a working playbook.

What You’ll Do:

  • Connector Backlog Ownership. You run intake from across the company, prioritize against business value and technical readiness, and keep the queue of business-system connectors moving — surfacing tradeoffs, sequencing the work, and protecting the team from churn.
  • Sponsored AI Build Delivery. You lead exec-prioritized cross-functional projects from intake through ship, working alongside the business stakeholder who owns the workflow, the AI Engineer who owns the build, and the AI Champion who owns adoption. You own scope, schedule, and the cross-functional decisions that keep the work moving.
  • Stakeholder Front Door. You triage requests, manage office hours, and run the AI Builds and champion support channels. You translate between engineering and the business and act as first responder alongside the EM so engineers can stay focused on shipping.
  • Cross-Team Coordination. You hold the map of who owns what across DevX, DevOps, Product Engineering, and the network of Champions in the business. You surface and resolve overlap, dependencies, and ownership questions before they become blockers.
  • Program Operations. You run the planning, check-in, and reflect cadences. You decompose the roadmap into tickets, sequencing, and owners, and adjust as priorities change.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years in Product Management, Technical Product Management, Technical Program Management, or Platform Product roles, with experience partnering closely with engineering and business stakeholders.
  • Experience working on technical integrations or internal systems. You have contributed to or materially owned at least 1–2 shipped integrations, connectors, internal workflows, or system-to-system capabilities involving APIs, authentication, data exchange, or similar technical patterns.
  • Hands-on technical fluency. You can reason about APIs, OAuth flows, schemas, webhook payloads, permissions, and failure handling, and you are comfortable using technical documentation, basic queries, or AI-assisted analysis to validate assumptions before escalating to engineering.
  • Direct AI / LLM product experience. In the last 12–18 months, you have contributed to at least 1 internal AI/LLM workflow, pilot, prototype, or shipped feature. You are comfortable learning and working with MCP (Model Context Protocol), agent frameworks (Claude Code, LangChain, CrewAI, OpenAI Agents SDK, or equivalent), prompt design, and the basics of how agentic workflows operate in practice.
  • Proven intake and prioritization. You have managed or supported an intake or backlog process, and you can show examples of balancing urgent requests, business needs, and planned roadmap work. You know when to escalate, when to push back, and when to ask for clearer prioritization.
  • Cross-functional program leadership. You have driven projects or workstreams from intake through launch, with ownership of scope, timelines, dependencies, follow-ups, and communication. You can write the brief, run the meeting, and publish the recap, while partnering closely with your manager and engineering leads on the toughest calls.
  • Experience operating as a front door for a technical team. You have managed intake, triage, office hours, support channels, or similar workflows and turned ambiguous requests into clear tickets, specs, or execution plans.
  • Strong program operations discipline. You are comfortable running planning cadences, status reviews, roadmap check-ins, or similar operating rhythms, and helping translate roadmap intent into sequencing, owners, and execution visibility.
  • Strong written communication. You can produce clear briefs, launch notes, meeting recaps, and operating updates. Internal program documentation lives in Google Docs, Slack threads, and meeting notes — the next iteration is yours to author.

Nice-To-Haves:

  • Experience inside a developer platform team, internal developer platform (IDP), enterprise integration team, or internal automation platform team.
  • Experience contributing to a connector backlog, integrations program, plugin ecosystem, API platform, or shared internal tooling surface.
  • Background in Revenue Ops, Finance Ops, Operations, Support Ops, or another non-engineering function, with examples of translating business workflow needs into technical delivery.
  • Experience supporting adoption of an internal tool, workflow, or platform from pilot usage to repeatable team adoption.
  • Familiarity with AWS at the application level — Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, IAM scoping, and adjacent deployment patterns — enough to follow a deploy story end-to-end.
  • Experience working with business systems commonly involved in internal AI and integration workflows, such as Salesforce, Zendesk, Netsuite, Snowflake, Workday, or similar platforms.
  • Experience in environments where success depended on reducing reactive work, creating self-service paths, or helping shift technical teams from ad hoc support toward roadmap execution.

Expected Pay Range: $111,000 - $129,000 per year salaried*

*The target base salary range for this position is listed above. Individual salaries are determined based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills and experience.

Life at Extend:

  • Working with a great team from diverse backgrounds in a collaborative and supportive environment.
  • Competitive salary based on experience, with full medical and dental & vision benefits.
  • Stock in an early-stage startup growing quickly.
  • Generous, flexible paid time off policy.
  • 401(k) with Financial Guidance from Morgan Stanley.

Product Product Management Intern at Eulerity

Product management intern works directly with Head of Product on shipping real features, using AI tools to accelerate discovery, prototyping, specs, and experiments.

Junior Posted 20 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Eulerity is an AI-native marketing automation platform. Not a legacy tool with AI bolted on. We serve enterprise brands including Mastercard, UPS Store, Uber Eats, and European Wax Center, automating digital advertising across thousands of franchise locations.

We are hiring a Product Management intern for the summer to work alongside our Head of Product.

Who we are looking for

This is not a shadow-the-team-and-take-notes internship. We are looking for someone who already builds. The kind of person who has shipped a side project, won a hackathon, written a Substack about something they care about, hacked together a tool to fix a problem in their own life, or otherwise gone from “I have an idea” to “this thing exists” without anyone telling them to. Who treats AI as the primary interface between ideas and execution. Who can hold their own in a technical conversation without needing to write production code.

If you have ever stayed up at 2am because you could not stop thinking about a product decision, you will feel at home here.

What you will actually do

You will work directly with our Head of Product and her team on real product work that ships. The shape of the role:

  • Be in the room when product decisions get made, and contribute. We want your perspective, not just your attention.
  • Use AI tools to move fast. Synthesize customer feedback, draft specs, prototype concepts, generate user stories, and accelerate research that would otherwise take days.
  • Own a defined slice of product work end-to-end. Discovery, requirements, engineering handoff, and post-launch measurement.
  • Run structured experiments. Define hypotheses, instrument analytics, read the results, and make recommendations.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research, and bring us the so-what, not just the what.
  • Translate messy technical discussions into clear requirements that engineers actually want to build from.

We hire interns when we have real work for them. You will not be running coffee or sitting silently in meetings.

What we want from you

  • Current student or recent graduate, ideally in computer science, engineering, product design, math, or a similar technical field. We will weigh what you have shipped over your GPA.
  • You have built something. A side project, a class capstone, an app, a tool, a website, a bot. Something you took from idea to existence. Be ready to talk about it in detail.
  • Genuinely AI-native. You already build with AI tools, reason with them, and have your own opinions about which ones are good for what.
  • Comfort reading code, querying data, and debugging. You do not need to write production code, but you should be able to follow what is happening.
  • Sharp written and verbal communication. You can take a tangled problem and explain it cleanly in a few sentences.
  • Strong product intuition. You can identify when something feels off before the data confirms it.

Logistics

  • Summer 2026, with potential to extend based on performance.
  • Hybrid out of our NYC Midtown office, 2 to 3 days per week in person.
  • Minimum 20 hours per week, flexible schedule.
  • $16 to $18 per hour.
  • Lunch credits and unlimited snacks when in-office.
  • AI tools budget. Use what makes you sharp.
  • Direct mentorship from our Head of Product and senior team.

If this sounds like you, apply.

Product Trainee Program: Product & Platform at PRISMA European Capacity Platform

Join a structured 18-month trainee program to develop product ownership, customer success, and platform management skills across real deliverables and progressive responsibility.

Junior Posted 20 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Who we are

Today PRISMA connects around 20 European markets, making it the leading platform for the movement of gas around the continent. And with the Green Transition well underway, we’re now striving to further integrate Europe’s energy infrastructure and help secure its energy supply for decades to come. To achieve this, we hand-pick the best tech stacks to solve every challenge we face, ensuring PRISMA remains at the cutting edge of a fast-evolving industry. Learn more about our journey here.

We believe that the strength of PRISMA lies in our people, including their growth, their well-being, and their diverse perspectives. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion are central to our mission, as detailed in our DEI Matters initiative. With more than 20 nationalities in our team, we are proud of a rich mix of backgrounds and ideas, from music lovers and gamers to philosophers and cycling enthusiasts. This diversity of thought and experience is what drives our innovation and success.

Now, we are looking for two people to join our first structured Trainee Program in Product & Platform roles. Over 18 months, you will build the skills, experience, and perspective to take on a real career in product ownership, customer success, or platform management at PRISMA.

What you’ll do

This is a structured 18-month program with a designed curriculum, real deliverables, and real responsibility, earned progressively as you grow. Its centre of gravity is Product Ownership, but it is deliberately broad, preparing you for a genuine range of career paths within PRISMA.

The program runs across six phases:

  • Phase 1 · Foundations: PRISMA’s products, the European gas market, agile basics, and technical orientation for non-engineers;
  • Phase 2 · Immersion: Embedded in Customer Success, introduction to Domain-Driven Design and Event-Driven Architecture, and your first user stories;
  • Phase 3 · Practice: Backlog ownership, Event Storming co-facilitation, PMO governance basics, and cross-functional presentations;
  • Phase 4 · Deepening: Full requirements lifecycle covering system vision, algorithm specification, event and data design, roadmaps, and service provider coordination;
  • Phase 5 · Ownership: Leading discovery and business cases, stakeholder strategy, and AI-assisted product and platform workflows;
  • Phase 6 · Graduation: Full responsibility over a product or platform scope, peer review by the other trainee, and a competency-based evaluation.

By the end of the program, you will be well-placed to step into one of the following roles:

  • Product Owner: owning a product scope, partnering with engineering teams, and setting direction for what gets built and why;
  • Customer Success Representative: the expert bridge between our platform and the transmission system operators, storage providers, and market participants who rely on it;
  • Project or Service Manager: governing complex delivery, managing external partners, and ensuring that platform commitments turn into reliable outcomes.

You do not need to know today which of these fits you best. The program is designed to help you find out.

What we expect

We are deliberately keeping this open, because strong platform professionals come from very different starting points. What matters most is attitude and aptitude. In general, we expect you to have:

  • A completed qualification in an IT-related field, whether a university degree (computer science, business informatics, economics, engineering, or similar) or a vocational qualification such as Fachinformatiker with relevant professional experience;
  • A genuine interest in software and how digital products are built and operated. You do not need to write code, but you need to care about what is under the hood;
  • Fluent English, written and spoken, as PRISMA is a multi-national environment and English is our working language;
  • Clear, structured communication, as you will regularly be the link between engineers, customers, and business stakeholders;
  • The ability and willingness to work primarily on-site in Leipzig, as the program’s rotation and mentorship structure requires presence.

The following would be a strong advantage:

  • Advanced German skills (B2 or above), as many of our customers, regulatory documents, and key stakeholders operate in German;
  • Experience in an IT or software environment in any capacity: support, QA, development, system integration, agile team membership, internship, or working student role;
  • Exposure to regulated industries, B2B platforms, or the energy and infrastructure sectors;
  • Intellectual curiosity about the European energy transition and the role that digital infrastructure plays in making it happen.

What we offer

  • A genuinely structured learning path with modules, milestones, mentored deliverables, and clear phase gates;
  • Two trainees hired simultaneously, with pair learning, peer feedback, and a built-in professional relationship from day one;
  • Direct mentorship from experienced Product Owners, engineers, customer-facing colleagues, and senior domain experts;
  • A real and open career horizon: the program gives you the foundation for multiple trajectories and helps you find your fit;
  • Work that matters, on real infrastructure for a continent in transition;
  • A Leipzig office with 20+ nationalities, flat hierarchies, and a culture of transparency;
  • Occasional home-office flexibility after the initial onboarding phase.

Discover more in the benefits section here.

Where you can learn more

  • You can discover more about the PRISMAtes here;
  • Our interview process includes different moments, and here you can find out;

Driven by service design, we strive to know the “Why” to understand the healthcare journey for patients, caregivers, providers, payers, and policymakers. Our goal is to design and build solutions that reduce confusion, provide clarity, support decision making, and streamline the process so that we and our partners can focus on providing better health outcomes by improving patient care and reducing costs and burden.

The Team you will be joining:

HQR

Our team is charged with maintaining and improving the software at the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) that supports the Hospital Quality Reporting program. Thousands of hospitals across the country depend on these systems to submit quality measure data that reflects the care beneficiaries receive in their facility.  Our teams will continuously strive to modernize these systems, while improving them in ways that reduce provider burden and minimize costs to CMS.  We do this through HCD and Service design practices, product thinking, and skilled engineering.  At Bellese, we’re relentlessly focused on enabling and empowering providers to focus on improving the quality and safety of patient care.

As a Product Manager I:

Bellese Technologies is looking for an experienced Product Manager 1 to support delivery and evolving product strategy on one of our distributed teams that support a federal agency client.

As a Product Manager at Bellese, you are a trusted, emerging leader — growing your technical product competencies, deepening your consulting instincts, and developing the cross-functional and stakeholder skills that define high-performing PMs in our environment. With the support of your manager and more senior peers, you contribute meaningfully to product direction on your workstream, build relationships with clients and team members, and take increasing ownership of discovery, requirements, and delivery outcomes over time.

The ideal candidate brings 2 or more years of product management experience in a cross-functional agile environment, ideally in the public sector, professional services, or a highly regulated industry. To succeed in this role, you must have a genuine commitment to user-centered thinking, a consulting mindset that finds opportunity in every engagement, and the communication and relationship-building skills to earn trust in a complex stakeholder environment. You are a proactive self-starter who is comfortable taking early ownership while remaining humble, collaborative, and flexible. If you’re passionate about improving lives through digital products and services — and about growing into a more senior and impactful product leader — Bellese is the right place for you.

About Us

LTV was founded in New York by Josh Levy and Ross Cohen in 2007. At the time their mission was to provide easy and affordable access to public records. Something that in 2007, was only really accessible to corporations. Since then their mission has expanded to developing products and services that grant access to information and data across a number of verticals. In service of this mission, LTV has 10 consumer brands including BeenVerified, NumberGuru, PeopleLooker, NeighborWho, Ownerly, PeopleSmart, Bumper, ReversePhone, MoneyBot5000, and Wingmate.

Our mission is to develop a diverse portfolio of technologies, products, and services, that give all people equal access to unbiased data and information. We believe that through this access people can empower and protect themselves in today’s ever-changing world, filled with fake news, deception, and a lack of transparency.
