Client Deployment & Operational Readiness

  • Own deployment execution and operational coordination for collection agencies, healthcare organizations, debt buyers, and servicing clients
  • Build scalable onboarding, implementation, and operational support processes
  • Ensure operational workflows align with client requirements, staffing models, servicing strategies, and compliance expectations
  • Coordinate implementation activities across Product, Engineering, Compliance, Legal, and client stakeholders

Compliance & Regulatory Coordination

  • Maintain strong working knowledge of debt collection regulations including FDCPA, TCPA, Reg F, state regulations, consent management, disclosures, call handling, and operational controls
  • Partner closely with Compliance and Legal teams to ensure operational processes align with regulatory expectations and client requirements

VP leads end-to-end revenue operations, GTM strategy, and builds AI-powered forecasting systems while managing territory design, pipeline, and sales process discipline.

About SecurityScorecard

SecurityScorecard is the global leader in cybersecurity ratings, with over 12 million companies continuously rated, operating in 64 countries. Founded in 2013 by security and risk experts Dr. Alex Yampolskiy and Sam Kassoumeh and funded by world-class investors, SecurityScorecard’s patented rating technology is used by over 25,000 organizations for self-monitoring, third-party risk management, board reporting, and cyber insurance underwriting; making all organizations more resilient by allowing them to easily find and fix cybersecurity risks across their digital footprint.

Headquartered in New York City, our culture has been recognized by Inc Magazine as a “Best Workplace,” by Crain’s NY as a “Best Places to Work in NYC,” and as one of the 10 hottest SaaS startups in New York for two years in a row. Most recently, SecurityScorecard was named to Fast Company’s annual list of the World’s Most Innovative Companies for 2023 and to the Achievers 50 Most Engaged Workplaces in 2023. SecurityScorecard is proud to be funded by world-class investors including Silver Lake Waterman, Moody’s, Sequoia Capital, GV and Riverwood Capital.

The Opportunity

Revenue operations at most companies is retrospective: reports that tell you what happened last quarter, forecasts assembled from gut instinct, and pipeline reviews that produce more questions than actions.

You believe it can be different. You have built parts of a real-time RevOps system yourself: AI-powered forecasting, agentic workflows that replace manual process, and analytics infrastructure that gives any rep or executive an instant read on pipeline health. You have also owned the fundamentals: territory design, quota setting, deals desk, and forecast accountability at a company growing 20%+ year over year.

This role was designed for that person. You will own SSC’s full RevOps function and simultaneously build the AI-native systems that reinvent how it operates.

What You Will Own

Revenue Operations Leadership

  • Own the full lead-to-cash process across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success: territory design, pipeline management, quota setting, deals desk, and GTM process discipline at scale.
  • Redesign MQL-to-SAL handoff logic per product line to reflect SSC’s evolution from a ratings company to a multi-product solutions platform.
  • Build alerting and accountability systems that keep data quality high and teams current in Salesforce.
  • Lead customer insights and the Deals Desk function.
  • Optimize territory assignment continuously based on attainment and addressable TAM.

AI-Native GTM Engineering

  • Architect and deploy agentic GTM workflows using Claude, Salesforce Agentforce, and supporting tools. You are a hands-on builder.
  • Own and drive the Salesforce Agentforce implementation roadmap: AI prospecting first, AI quoting next. User adoption is as important as the technical build.
  • Build AI-powered lead scoring, ICP-fit routing, and signal-based outbound triggers that leverage SSC’s own threat intelligence.
  • Know when to use scrappy AI tools versus out-of-box Salesforce. That judgment is critical at this stage.

Forecasting, Analytics & Executive Reporting

  • Build and own the revenue forecast methodology. Proven accuracy within 5-10% over multiple years is a requirement: the executive team and board must be able to trust your numbers.
  • Own and eventually automate the weekly GTM pulse artifact for leadership: a real-time read on pipeline health, efficiency, and risk.
  • Drive weekly CRO pipeline reviews and monthly CFO revenue reporting.
  • Own SLT communications on GTM performance, forecast risk, and course corrections.

GTM Tech Stack & Data Architecture

  • Own the architecture, data flows, and SDLC of SSC’s full revenue technology ecosystem: not just the admin layer.
  • Manage Salesforce as the system of record: data hygiene, workflow design, process flows.
  • Cultivate Snowflake as the data warehouse and AI input layer for all GTM intelligence.
  • Drive Tableau adoption as the self-service analytics delivery vehicle across the revenue team.
  • Leverage Gainsight for customer insights; exploit the platform for GTM intelligence, not just administration.

Tech Stacks: Salesforce, Salesforce Agentforce (SFAF), Claude / LLMs, Snowflake, Tableau, Gainsight, n8n / Zapier, Outreach / Salesloft.

Benefits

Specific to each country, we offer a competitive salary, stock options, Health benefits, and unlimited PTO, parental leave, tuition reimbursements, and much more!

The estimated total compensation range for this position is $325,000 - $350,000 (base plus bonus). Actual compensation for the position is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to affordability, skills, qualifications and experience, and may vary from the range. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible for annual performance-based incentive compensation awards and equity, among other company benefits.

We believe that our team is strengthened through hiring and retaining employees with diverse backgrounds, skill sets, ideas, and perspectives. We make hiring decisions based on merit and do not discriminate based on race, color, religion, national origin, sex or gender (including pregnancy) gender identity or expression (including transgender status), sexual orientation, age, marital, veteran, disability status or any other protected category in accordance with applicable law.

We also consider qualified applicants regardless of criminal histories, in accordance with applicable law. We are committed to providing reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities in our job application procedures. What this role involves

  • Launch and chair a cross-functional sustainability working group to support/champion sustainability efforts across the business

Come join us!

About the Opportunity

AlphaSense is a high-growth global technology company redefining how organizations access and use market intelligence. As we scale toward a global workforce of ~3,500 employees and prepare for public-company rigor, we are reshaping our global physical footprint and how we deliver our employee experience. We believe that a world-class physical and cultural environment is a fundamental driver of high performance and a critical component of our talent value proposition. To attract, motivate, and retain top-tier global talent, we are building a Workplace, Community & Experience function that integrates physical office strategy, cultural programming, and employee connection into a single, cohesive portfolio.

We are seeking a Director of Global Real Estate & Workplace Experience to build and lead this global organization. This executive will architect a unified portfolio strategy, develop scalable environments, and partner closely with Finance, Corporate IT, Legal, and leaders across the business to ensure our office hubs and community initiatives reflect both strong financial discipline and a deeply employee-centered philosophy. It is a rare opportunity to design a next-generation workplace ecosystem at a company entering a new chapter of scale, performance, and maturity.

What You Will Lead

In this role, you will architect and operationalize a global workplace strategy that reinforces connection, belonging, and productivity. You will oversee all aspects of physical environments and cultural experiences, both in-office and remote, ensuring they serve as the lived expression of our culture. Central to this will be creating a clear, modern narrative for how our physical environments support a high-performance workforce while reflecting the maturity required for a company entering a new chapter of scale.

  • Global Real Estate & Portfolio Strategy: You will direct a complex global property portfolio, leading site selection, lease negotiations, and renewals across North America, EMEA, and APAC. You will manage broker and landlord relationships to ensure our physical footprint aligns with our growth trajectory and financial targets.
  • High-Performance Environments: You will design and curate physical and remote environments tailored to the specific functional needs of local teams. You will ensure our hubs are optimized for collaboration, innovation, and the rapid execution required of a high-growth SaaS organization.

Capital Projects & Design: You will lead office build-outs and expansion projects, managing external architects, general contractors, and project budgets to deliver premium environments on time and under budget.

  • Fluid Working & Experience Programming: You will own our Fluid Working approach, ensuring our physical spaces facilitate high-value connection and mentorship. You will ensure our global hubs serve as the premium ‘center of gravity’ for our culture, providing a seamless and productive transition for employees between remote work and in-person collaboration.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership & Execution: You will build deep, collaborative partnerships with Finance, Corporate IT, Security, Legal, and Business Stakeholders to get results. You will navigate complex interdependencies—from real estate deal execution to physical security protocols—to ensure our workplace operations are seamless and resilient.
  • Cultural Experience & Global Programming: While respecting local cultural nuances, you will design a unified, strategic narrative for employee experience and community at AlphaSense, leading related global programming and company rituals—such as Women’s History Month and company holiday events—to drive deep connectedness, belonging, and shared identity.
  • Governance & Financial Discipline: You will bring high-stakes analytical rigor and operational excellence to the management of the global workplace & experience budget. You will partner closely with Finance on real estate forecasting, capital expenditure (CapEx) planning, long-term leases, and employee experience commitments, ensuring our systems and processes strategically allocate resources to high-impact employee touchpoints.
  • Safety, Security & Compliance: In partnership with Legal and Corporate Security, you will establish and maintain rigorous global standards for workplace safety and physical security and asset protection by modernizing facility management SOPs.

What You Bring

  • 10+ Years of Leadership Experience: With a proven track record of leading corporate real estate, site selection, and facilities functions in high-growth, complex environments.
  • Global Multi-Site Expertise: Deep experience in commercial lease negotiation and contract management across international geographies including North America, EMEA, APAC, with the ability to navigate local labor laws and vendor landscapes, while adapting experience standards to local cultural expectations.
  • Exceptional Collaborative Influence: A demonstrated ability to build trust and drive results with cross-functional stakeholders in Finance, Legal, and IT.
  • Performance-First Mindset: A track record of building or modernizing workplace programs that drive measurable business impact and support high-performance outcomes.
  • Strong Analytical and Operational Capabilities: Experience in real estate forecasting, facilities budgeting, decision-support modeling, workplace data, and employee experience feedback to drive continuous improvement to the lived experience of our employees.
  • A Builder’s Mindset: Strategic, creative, and comfortable operating in both high-altitude strategy (portfolio planning) and hands-on execution (office build-outs).
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: The ability to simplify complex operational topics for senior audiences and act as a trusted cultural ambassador for the organization.
