Senior Director leads cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated media strategies across paid search, social, programmatic, and other channels for enterprise clients.
The Role
As a Senior Director of Client Strategy (Media), you are the primary strategic architect and business lead within the agency, partnering with some of Wpromote’s most significant and complex clients. The anticipated annual salary for this role will range from $140,000 - $160,000, based on consideration of a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, education and certifications, competitive benchmarks, scope of responsibility, market dynamics, geographic location, and respective state’s salary threshold for exempt employees. The total compensation package for this role will include benefits (listed above) and an annual performance bonus.

The Product Marketing team is looking for a Lead Product Marketer to own go-to-market strategy and positioning for HubSpot’s rapidly expanding portfolio of developer and agent infrastructure products. This role will shape how developers, AI-assisted builders, partners, and customers understand and adopt products including the Developer Platform, APIs, MCP, CLI, AI coding tools, etc. You’ll operate at the center of one of HubSpot’s most strategic growth areas, helping define HubSpot’s position as the platform of choice for developers and agents.
This is a highly cross-functional role that partners closely with Product, Developer Relations, Engineering, Brand, Communications, Legal, Marketing, and executive leadership to deliver launches, shape narratives, and drive adoption. The ideal candidate combines technical fluency, strategic storytelling, and strong operational ownership to navigate a fast-moving and technically complex product landscape.
Pay & Benefits
The cash compensation below includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are tailored to your skills, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.

$144,000—$216,000 USD
