About this role in the team:
Design at BVNK is scaling into 2 areas: Customer Value Stream (the surfaces our clients use to send, receive, store, and convert) and Core Platform (the systems that make all of it work). Weâre hiring a Principal Product Designer to own design for Core Platform and Fincrime.
This is the chess end of design at BVNK. The work spans onboarding, treasury, reconciliation, billing, core processing, and financial crime â compliance case management, sanctions and transaction monitoring, internal ops tooling, and the platform primitives every customer-facing product depends on. The users are experts â compliance analysts, ops teams, finance â and the design problems are about taming real complexity, holding several constraints in your head at once, and finding the move thatâs both correct and elegant.
Youâll be one of two Principal Designers, reporting to the Head of Design, and partnering closely with the Directors of Product for Platform and Fincrime on long-range strategy. While we continue to build out the senior bench, youâll also work day-to-day alongside our senior product managers on the problems in front of us. The pod includes our Lead Designer for the Design System, whose work youâll help shape strategically.

As a Staff Product Designer at Prepared, you will own and shape the user experience across critical, high-impact products that power emergency response. This is a highly autonomous role where youâll operate as a thought partner to Product and Engineeringâdeeply understanding customer workflows, driving product direction, and delivering exceptional design in complex, fast-moving environments. Your work will directly influence how 911 professionals operate in high-stakes situations, advancing our mission to ensure every emergency receives the best possible response.
Youâll operate at the center of multiple critical product surfaces, bringing focus and prioritization in an environment where design resources are limited but impact is high. ABOUT THIS ROLE
BerlinRosen is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to join the BerlinRosen Campaigns (BRC) team as we staff up for the 2026 election season. You should have natural talent and an interest in politics with the ability to translate abstract messages into direct mail, canvassing literature, digital/social media ads, and other creative products.
Role duration: This is a temporary, full-time position running from May 2026 through October 23, 2026
Role location: This role is based in our New York, N.Y. office on a hybrid basis. Orchestra staff are in-office 3 days per week.
