In this role, you’ll help us shape the future of our broadband and mobile deals, helping us make decisions that directly benefit our customers’ pockets.

Here is what you’ll do:

  • Track performance:  Keep a close eye on how our broadband and mobile services are performing day-to-day. You’ll dig into the data to spot key trends, flag any drivers of growth or sudden risks, and turn raw numbers into clear, actionable insights for our regular trading reviews so the business always knows what’s driving our performance.
  • Support big decisions: Work closely with our Marketing and Product teams to shape and support exciting campaigns and customer offers. You’ll help pull the data to validate new campaign ideas, model their expected performance, and track the real-world results so we know exactly what hits the mark.
  • Build pricing and packages: Help us model and build new bundle ideas with our Finance colleagues to make sure they’re a no-brainer for customers.
  • Watch the market: Keep tabs on competitor pricing and deals so we always stay one step ahead.
  • Tackle exciting projects: Help with everything from new product launches to customer migrations and daily operational challenges.

Here’s what your onboarding journey looks like over your first 90 days:

  • Days 1–30 (Understand & Learn): Ground yourself in UW’s unique multi-service model, master our core telecoms metrics, get comfortable with our databases, and complete a competitor audit.
  • Days 31–60 (Collaborate & Support): Take the lead on compiling our weekly trading reviews, measure our latest marketing campaigns, and collaborate with Finance on pricing models.
  • Days 61–90 (Contribute & Own): Autonomously lead key project workstreams, present your insights to stakeholders, and run a proactive deep-dive into a data trend of your choice.

Your team and the people you will work with…

You’ll be joining our lively Commercial Telecoms team, working side-by-side with our Telecoms Commercial Manager. This isn’t about sitting alone in a silo; you’ll be a key partner across the wider business, working regularly with Marketing, Finance, Data and Product. Your team’s purpose is to make sure our broadband and mobile services are a roaring success, turning raw numbers into smart, simple ideas that everyone can act on.

Qualifications

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a commercial or analytical role, ideally within telecoms, utilities, or another subscription-based business model.
  • A data-driven mindset – you love diving into numbers to investigate performance, crack business problems, and uncover commercial truths.
  • Superb Excel skills – spreadsheets are a doddle for you! If you already know your way around SQL and Looker, that’s brilliant (if not, we’ll teach you!), and you’re keen to play with AI tools to supercharge and speed up your analysis.
  • An adaptable, hands-on attitude – you are highly capable with complex data but just as happy rolling up your sleeves to handle quick operational tasks or ad hoc commercial queries.
  • Great communication & collaboration – you can easily translate technical data insights into clear, actionable ideas for non-technical stakeholders, and you’re confident working cross-functionally with friendly teams across Commercial, Marketing, Finance, and Product to challenge assumptions and make things happen.

  • Technical Skills

    • 5+ years in analytics, ideally in Trust & Safety, Fraud, Risk, or Support Operations.

    Advanced SQL skills (complex joins, window functions, CTEs).

Title: Data Science Lead

Department: Business Operations

Summary:

The Data Science Lead will serve as the strategic architect and research pioneer for the organization’s data ecosystem. This role is responsible for designing robust data architectures, leading research and development (R&D) for novel data sources, establishing rigorous analytical methodologies, and ensuring the seamless, scalable ingestion of high-quality data into downstream production solutions.

Core Pillars of Responsibility

1. Data Architecture & Scalable Engineering

  • Blueprint Design: Design and oversee the evolution of scalable data architectures that support advanced analytics, machine learning (ML) modeling, and real-time processing.

2. R&D & Novel Data Source Evaluation

  • Exploratory Research: Scout, evaluate, and pressure-test new internal, external, and alternative data sources (e.g., synthetic data, IoT streams, third-party APIs) for predictive power and commercial viability. Lead the ideation and feature engineering for these data sources and document how it aligns to current and future data architecture designs.
  • Proof of Concepts (PoCs): Lead rapid prototyping and PoCs to validate new technologies, algorithms, and data structures before scaling them to production.
  • Vendor & Partner Assessment: Technical vetting of data vendors and partners to ensure data quality, density, and seamless integration capabilities.

3. Methodology & Analytical Rigor

  • Framework Standardization: Define and document the organization’s gold-standard methodologies for statistical analysis, experimental design (A/B testing), and ML modeling.
  • Evaluation Metrics: Establish rigorous validation protocols and evaluation metrics (e.g., precision/recall, drift detection, bias/fairness audits) to ensure model and data integrity.
  • Continuous Improvement: Keep the organization at the cutting edge of data science by translating academic research and emerging industry trends into practical business methodologies.

4. Ingestion & Solution Integration

  • Productionalization Bridge: Serve as the critical bridge between R&D and Production, ensuring that complex analytical models and data sources are seamlessly ingested into core business products and solutions.
  • API & Interface Design: Oversee data delivery contracts between the DS ecosystem and downstream software applications to ensure the creation of clean, well-documented APIs.

Key Deliverables (First 12 Months)

  • Data Source Playbook: A formalized framework for scoring, vetting, and onboarding new data assets.
  • Methodology Registry: A centralized repository of approved statistical models, evaluation metrics, and ingestion protocols to ensure team-wide consistency.
  • Feature Importance Registry & Feature Engineering Roadmap: a centralized repository connecting current data sources to their product value and impact of removal and/or possible substitutes to the roadmap of how Prove can leverage the signals in new and differentiated ways
  • Architectural Roadmap: A 12 month to 3-year vision aligning data science infrastructure with corporate scaling goals.

Profile & Qualifications

  • 6+ years in Data Science/Data Engineering, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership or architectural role.
  • Technical Stack
  • Python, R, SQL, Cloud Platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), Big Data tech (Spark, Kafka), Orchestration (Airflow), and MLOps tools.
  • Expertise
  • Deep understanding of data modeling, schema design (SQL/NoSQL), statistical evaluation, and MLOps deployment patterns, especially in R&D functions that bridge research with production.
  • Soft Skills
  • Exceptional ability to translate complex technical architectures into strategic business value for non-technical stakeholders.

The anticipated salary range for this role is $179,000 - 200,000 plus variable commission / company bonus. Offered salary will be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, geo-location and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

The Opportunity — (Remote - USA / CANADA)

We are looking for a GTM Insights & Analytics Lead to serve as the horizontal analytical layer across Wrapbook’s go-to-market organization. Reporting to the Head of Revenue Operations, you’ll build the BI reporting infrastructure that equips Sales, Marketing, and Finance with self-serve, trusted data — and own the analytical workstreams that require connecting data across functions in ways no single ops role can do cleanly. Your work shows up in every pipeline review, every MBR, and every planning cycle because the infrastructure you build is what everyone in the room is looking at.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain the core BI dashboard suite that gives Sales and Marketing self-serve, real-time visibility into pipeline health, funnel conversion, segment-level coverage, campaign contribution, rep attainment, and loss analysis.

  • Own the GTM data dictionary — metric definitions, filter logic, and calculation rules — and maintain it as the authoritative source of truth across Marketing, Sales, and Finance.

  • Own the analytical layer of the GTM forecast process: historical conversion rates, pipeline coverage analysis, stage-weighted modeling, and forecast variance diagnosis.

  • Lead annual bookings planning analysis — historical win rates, segment-level capacity modeling, coverage assessments, and quota calibration inputs — and partner with Strategic Finance on revenue forecasting and GTM investment analysis.

  • Build scenario models for pricing, segmentation, and GTM structure decisions as needed by RevOps and Sales leadership.

  • Track campaign performance relative to pipeline contribution goals by segment; surface what’s generating pipeline, what isn’t, and where investment is misallocated.

  • Partner with Analytics Engineering to ensure GTM data from Salesforce, Marketo, and adjacent systems is correctly modeled in the data warehouse — flag gaps, validate logic, and escalate data quality issues.

  • Lead ad-hoc analytical projects supporting key company initiatives: segmentation analysis, market sizing, cohort analysis, win/loss diagnostics, and product-GTM intersection analysis.

What You’ll Have

  • Demonstrated track record in GTM analytics, revenue operations analytics, or business analytics within a B2B SaaS environment — with direct experience building reporting infrastructure that business partners use independently.

  • High proficiency in SQL and Python — defining the right question, structuring the logic to answer it, validating output, and maintaining it as underlying data or business definitions change.

  • Hands-on experience building dashboards and models in Tableau, Omni, Looker, or an equivalent BI platform.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce data models and object relationships as source inputs to Snowflake/dbt pipelines — leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities, campaigns, and activities.

  • Experience partnering with Finance on planning analytics — quota calibration, capacity modeling, and scenario analysis.

  • The ability to see horizontally across Sales, Marketing, and Finance data and identify patterns and connections that vertical ops roles miss.

  • Strong communication skills — you translate complex analysis into clear, decision-ready narrative for Sales leadership, Marketing, and the C-suite.

  • Bonus: experience with Marketo, Outreach, dbt, or modern data stack tooling (Snowflake, Fivetran, or equivalent).
